Shipping & Returns 

1. There will be no returns and all sales are final.

2. Artwork will be shipped within 3 (three) business days of purchase.

3. Shipping costs will be a flat rate of $5.00 per mailer envelope and will be added to the final price.

4. Artwork will be packaged and shipped as follows:

  • Artwork will be inserted into a 16 3/8” x 20 1/8” clear acid free cellophane protective sleeve.

  • Then placed between 2 (two) 16” x 20” corrugated cardboard sheets for further protection.

  • Finally, for shipping, it will then be inserted into a 17” x 21” rigid flat mailer with a peel and seal closure with a tear strip for easy opening.

5. If your artwork is damaged during the shipping process, you can file a claim online atwww.usps.com/domestic-claims and create or log into your USPS account. You may need to upload supporting documentation such as .pdf or .jpg files.

1. Agreement: By purchasing artwork from me Ramon J Butler-Martinez (DBA Ramon Jose), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Ownership and Copyright:•All artwork displayed on this site is owned by Ramon Jose and protected by copyright laws.•When you purchase a piece of art, you acquire the physical artwork itself, but not the exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, or commercially use the artwork without written permission.

3. Purchase Process:•Prices are listed in United States of America currency and are subject to change.

4. There will be no returns and all sales are final.

5. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

6. Shipping and Handling:

  • Artwork will be shipped within 3 (three) business days of purchase.

  • Shipping costs will be a flat rate of $5.00 per mailer envelope and will be added to the final price.

  • Sales Tax will be calculated based on the State of Texas rate of 8.25% and will be added to the final price.4.Ramon Jose is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping.

  • If your artwork is damaged during the shipping process, please file a claim with the United States Postal Service (USPS) for the damaged artwork.

  • You can file online at www.usps.com/domestic-claims and create or log into your USPS account. You may need to upload supporting documentation such as .pdf or .jpg files.

8. Custom Orders:

  • For custom artwork, a deposit may be required, and the final price will be determined based on the agreed-upon details.

  • Ramon Jose reserves the right to refuse custom orders that are inappropriate or violate copyright laws.

9. Image Usage:

  • Ramon Jose may use images of sold artwork for promotional purposes on my website or social media.

10. Governing Law:

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
